Frequently asked questions
What is included in the ticket or programme fee?
The programme fee covers your accommodation (single occupancy for individuals or shared for couples), all ground transportation in Jakarta, training materials, venue bookings, local guide fees, community partner contributions, security, and overall operational logistics.
Airfare and personal travel insurance are not included and must be arranged independently.
Can I attend partially if I cannot make all 5 days?
While attending the full 5-day programme is highly recommended to get the complete immersive experience, we understand leaders have tight schedules. To qualify for programme completion and participate in the main challenge, participants must attend at least 3 days (or 75% of the total programme duration).
What are the safety and logistical arrangements in Jakarta?
Participant safety and seamless execution are our top priorities. Our ground logistics include full route planning, dedicated private transportation, onboard security, local on-the-ground runners, and direct liaison with trusted local community leads throughout the entire trail.
